Everyone however who need to hear all of their to- dos before they can remember everything they have to do. To find out which technique will work out fine, try recalling how you memorize in school. Would you read the words silently or read them out loud?

Use associations
The brains also require help when it comes to remembering things. The easier we make the recalling task for the brain, the better it will can remember the information.
